Vietnam Vet, Bryan Short, Timothy Sloane, Army, Artillery, 1969,1970,san fernando valley

Trying to find Bryan Short for my father. He has been looking for Bryan Short since they served together in the Vietnam war. They were in the army together 1969 to 1971 last talk to him in 1980.
