Christy Mld For Normal to Oily Skin....heres a toner for this season Energize-Me Mint Toner Mint has a cooling and relaxing effect on the skin. Apple Cider vinegar helps maintain an optimal pH balance. 1 cup water 2 mint tea bags 1 teaspoon apple cider finger In a small sauce pan, bring water to a boil. Add tea bags then turn off heat. Steep for 10 min, then remove bags. Pour tea into a clean bowl and add vinegar. Wipe this mixture over your face, using a clean cotton fabric/towel/cotton ball, in the evening after cleansing.
